Moshe Bacharach, MD
Dr. Bacharach was born in Tel Aviv, Israel, and graduated from the Technicon Medical School in Haifa, Israel, in 1977. Dr. Bacharach did his Internal Medicine training in Israel until June 1980 when he moved to the USA. He completed his Internal Medicine training at the Brooklyn Hospital in Brooklyn, NY and his Cardiology training at Brookdale Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. He completed his Cardiology training in June of 1985.
In July 1985, Dr. Bacharach joined a multispecialty group in Lakewood, NJ (Lakewood Medical Specialists) where he practiced Cardiology until 1997. That year, the practice was sold and Dr. Bacharach opened his solo practice of Cardiology at 1166 River Avenue, Lakewood, New Jersey.
Dr. Bacharach is proficient in Echocardiography, TEE, Nuclear Stress Testing, Pacemaker and ICD follow up. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
Dr Bacharach speaks fluent English and Hebrew and (to a limited degree) German and Italian.
Dr. Bacharach has admitting privileges at Monmouth Medical Southern Campus Lakewood.
Dr. Bacharach sat on the Quality Assurance Committee between 1992 and 1999. He was part of the Pharmacy and Therapeutic Committee and served as its chairman during the years 1992 and 2014. Dr. Bacharach was also on the Performance Improvement Council at Kimball Medical Center, he was a member of the Critical Care Committee from1998 to 2012. He was the chairman of the Credentialing Committee from 2001 to 2003. He was Secretary of the Medical and Dental staff there after he was President Elect for the Medical and Dental staff for 2001 and 2003. In January 2003 he became the President of the Medical and Dental Staff.
Dr. Bacharach was Chief of Cardiology at Kimball Medical Center from 2002 to 2012.
